The gift is lovely and the filling looks delicious.
We're having a pide of Tenina's. It has chicken mince and feta on it.

Nice gift of bakeware from the SD class Chookie.
Last night I cooked Singapore Noodles. I put a little too much Chilli into the dish but we enjoyed it. Tonight it's Lamb Kebabs with steamed rice, sweet corn and mixed salad.

We had planned to have a butterflied lamb roast last night. However we were out all morning and had visitors until early evening. I bought a roast chicken and some chips from Red Rooster. It was lovely.

Last night we had lamb shanks and mashed potatoes.  Did potatoes in TMX.  Ral says that the TMX is worth buying just for the mashed potatoes. The lamb shanks were left overs frozen from previous meal.
Tonight, chicken a la something  ;D
