made it this morning and i used cream cheese BIG mistake it was very oil i drained the oil and added more crumbs on top

I made this over the weekend using granita biscuit base. The base was far too crumbly but the filling was yum but very rich. Next time I will use it in tiny NZ Franklin brand ready cases.

So how do you think it would go with milk chocolate Uni or perhaps half milk and half dark?  I don't like dark chocolate either.

I like my desserts sweet too and thought it would be nowhere sweet enough for my tastes as I was making it so I added 3 tablespoons of icing sugar to the chocolate mixture to sweeten it up a bit.  I would have preferred it a little sweeter but everyone else liked it as it was.

I think small individual tarts would be nice - 2 bite size.  Do you think they could then be frozen?

your right snappy it needs sugar or something

JD I have frozen a slice, how long do u want me to leave it in the freezer for, 2 weeks ?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like dark chocolate much.

Made this to take to a friends place using some ginger nut biscuits that were left in the freezer for the base. I needed to make 1 1/2 times the mixture even though I thought my tin was smaller than suggested.
