Title: Thai Chilli Chicken & Basil page 166 TM5 Australian Cookbook
Post by: meganjane on October 14, 2014, 06:13:59 am
Really fast and easy! I'd add a couple of tsp of cornflour at the end of the cooking time next time I make this. I didn't have Thai basil, so used ordinary basil. I also used coconut cream as I prefer the flavour of this rather than coconut milk.

Yum, yum, yum!! Cooked up some Jasmine rice in the TM31 (which is now sitting in the laundry).

I've been meaning to compare this with Nico Moretti's recipe to see if its the same.

Yes, it is but with the addition of lime juice and rind. I didn't add the full 30g, 15 was plenty. I added a little more Kecap and Fish Sauce.
