Thanks, that one was panchetta & boccocini with a little bit of onion & pink salt on the top.

Our tandor oven definitely takes cooking to the next level :)

The pizza's look great Hally and DH doesn't look too bad either  :-))

They really do come out fantastic in the oven. How long did you preheat it for and what was their pizza base like? How did the other food go, did you freeze it for later? Sorry too many questions.

I think I'll fire up ours tomorrow night, DS has a late basketball game so we might have time.

DH looks very happy to be cooking them too Hally, I'm glad he's not upside down - a half naked man means I'd have to do a head stand to have a better look.

Yes DH isnt too bad either ;D

The best base so far was the thin & crispy base from the forum. I didnt use their recipe as I had already made 2 types & forgot about theirs.

The food is all in the fridge, will freeze some tandori chicken, tonight we will eat the lamb kofta. Dropped 1 kofta into the tandor >:(

The tandori chicken is wicked on a pizza :)

Just love the tandor, hoping to use it twice per week now I have charcoal. Of course were going to have an overload if food again :o

HHW :)

Hally, it looks great being able to cook 3 at once. I couldn't work out how you would cook them until the photo. Maybe a tandoor would be more useful than a pizza oven....mmm gave to think about that one.

Bedlam you can cook so much in the tandor. It makes the best tandoori chicken, plus lots of other things :)

Hi Bedlam, if you are considering getting a pizza oven make sure you do a lot of research and get one that is very well insulated. We purchased one a few years ago, and while it was expensive it was useless as it didn't retain the heat for long enough. Everyone else thought the pizzas were good but I was extremely disappointed and that was what got me researching the Tandoor oven. We ended up putting the pizza oven on eBay and got basically nothing back for it.  Like Hally we have been very happy with the Tandoor and just limited by time in using it.
