Meat patties with vegs.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

About to make pies in my family size pie makers with leftover beef casserole to which I will add bacon and cheese too.  :D
We will have them for dinner with a salad.

It's a fav of DH and he cooks it. I have come around to liking it. It's not too strong if you soak in a little worcestshire sauce before you cook it. Dad supplies us with them as fresh as possible IYKWIM ;)

Love it Caroline.....we have this thread on the "taste" forum, and it's very inspirational  ;)

Tonight I made open beef enchilada's (using Julie O's beef enchilada recipe)......Love the sauce!

Looks GREAT and is now on the list to make too!

Thank you!

Cheers! Joanne

Tonight I made Chookie's KFC chicken much to the delight of DS. It was almost tempting enough to lure DD home from another sleepover, but I told her that if she came home for dinner, she had to stay.

It looks amazing ES.

DD and DS gone for takeout.
It's a very long story involving a plumbing flood and the new windows not fitting.
Unbelievably awful day.
Flood sorted, windows will be a long saga. It will be sorted, they are very very apologetic. Manager coming back tomorrow.
Aga re lit, back to cooking real meals tomorrow.
Am exhausted.
