Tonight we had Carrot & Silverbeet Slice (from Annette Sym's book) with salad and oven fries :)

Is that this one which has been converted Jamberie?  The same recipe was converted by Snoozie here too.

Yes it is that one. I will have to have a read of what other people have done to convert it to TMX friendly. It was yummy.

Yes it was lovely, sticky pork belly from "whats for dinner", wasnt sure if photo woud work as we were outside & I plonked everything on the plate quickly. :)

I had ribs one night last week in a restaurant and yours look much better.
That will be on my list from What's for dinner after we come back  :)

If I fed him at 6pm with a plate of ribs Hally, it would be 9pm before I got him to bed - easier to have a cooked lunch and let him take his time then and have something quick for tea.

Up to Chiang Mai on the 24th. D H going on business and he asked me  along as he will have 3 free days and the evenings free or out with the clients.  :)
