Beef risotto. We're at the National Motor Museum at Birdwood in the Adelaide hills at the moment so it had to be something easy for when we get back to the van.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We got our Panel Van back yesterday after 12 months of restoration.  Looks better than brand new...
