Looks good Judy.

I've made Kofta Curry with steamed basmati rice.

I had a 350g piece of chicken fillet left over from what I cut off a huge fillet for tea last night.  I’ve made this recipe but added the raw diced chicken at the end of the sauce making step and cooked it for 5 minutes.  Also added some cooked pumpkin during the last step.  3 on a base of rice and 1 on leftover pasta.
https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10715.0 (Nan’s curried tuna slice).  5 meals out of a large chicken breast, happy with that.

I’m unable to post a photo, anyone else having trouble doing so today?

I usually use Tapatalk Judy, so I'm no help. Sorry.

We are collecting GS from school and he is coming to fish, with Ral, in the dam.  Sausage rolls for after school snack and then picnic tea, chicken schnitzel with cold slaw in roll for him and grilled chicken with cold slaw in lettuce leaves for us .

We're having RTE Salisbury Steak tonight. I'm only making ½ as we always have so much left over.

We had Pumpkin soup with SD bread, followed by Chorizo and Potato Frittata. I feel very full.

After having 2 meals out yesterday, we will be eating light today.   Chicken soup and omelette.
