Found a large piece of Panatone leftover from Xmas. Made a bread and butter pudding with it from a recipe that had grapes added. Also coffee liqueur.

Soup, veggie and chicken. It has a funny texture. As the TMX was busy making Quince Paste, I cooked the veggies in a saucepan and used the Bamix to mix it. Make one really appreciate the TMX.

Marina how lovely to escape for a bit.
Mab I really feel for you. Well done.
This morning DD and I went out for coffee. Yesterday when we got home I managed to get everything washed. We have to take everything out of the van, ready to scrub and detail it in preparation for sale. We’re stacking crockery etc and linen into boxes and piling them on top of each other. It will then go into the motorhome.

I agree with Marina Margaret, hats off to you for the way you’re handling your problem. I just can’t come at pureed food (apart from soup) and I noticed in the nursing home that once residents were put on a pureed diet they lost interest in eating.

Get well soon K Atie, often all we need is a good rest from our duties and plenty of sleep.

Marina, getting out of your everyday environment for your recent trip back home would have done you the world of good. Not too long now before you can start feeling a bit normal.
