What's for Dessert - Rustic Raspberry Empanadas
« on: September 26, 2012, 03:47:03 am »
I made these on Sunday for dessert at my mums,
They were delicious hot and cold, very easy to make and just a real winner, we had them with custard but would be yummy with ice cream too
Definitely 5/5

I have been looking at these. I bought a 1kg bag of frozen rapsberries today.

I made these the other day exactly as directed. I used Mulberries as I had run out of raspberries.  They were very easy to make and the flavour was lovely. The people that I made them for absolutely loved them, and I had to agree. I served them at an afternoon tea without cream or icecream. They are quite small and suitable for this.
