Nonomix, your blog was listed on our URL links list before you even joined us - how cool is that.  It is an excellent blog, congratulations.

Thanks Judy  ;D
I saw it was listed when I joined, thank you very much for that! Not sure how you found out about it?
There are so many great blogs out there and I am trying to make the time to look at them all for ideas and inspiration.

I had a little peek at your blog too. Your photographs are divine, and I was eyeing off your financiers

I have to agree with everyone's sentiments, the blog is really good, will spend some time looking through all the lovely recipes.  :D

Made the rolls this morning and am pleased with how they turned out.  I did reduce the sugar by half and also added 1 tsp of improver.  Reminds me of when I make bagels (with the water bath).  Thanks for a great recipe nonomix.  :D

They look wonderful JulieO!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

And julie0 I have to add one who makes food look so professional! What I mean is, your rolls are so round! I made maddy's choc hot cross rolls and the choc chip kept melting in my hand when I tried to mark it a ball and it all looked rustic!!!! Tasted yummy though!
