Frangelico is delicious, and this sounds very tasty. For what it's worth, I like to shake it with milk, maybe equal quantities, over ice, and strain into a martini glass.

scyrene,  thought like you that the cream might be a bit rich, but thought for first time I'd give it a go.  The ballance was just perfect,  but I would be interested to hear how your suggestion goes.

This was delicious, thank you! It turned out more ice cream like than I expected, and we ended up adding some maple syrup which worked perfectly :D .

Nikkit and GF,  you are both very naughty.  Some time ago I made this for dinner guests.  After I had had a couple they were very lucky to get dinner.  Don't think they would have noticed .

You are not going to believe this... I didn't make it last night :( :o ???

I ended up waiting for an hour to pick up Miss 12 from orienteering as they came in an hour late, after getting lost and the GPS not working. We were about to mount a rescue mission when they came over the hill! (PHEW!) They came in all in one piece, so in the end the leaders were happy!

Then once I got home I raked and lit fires under the trees and had a bit of a clean up. My dear old Nana was channelling through me as she loved to rake up piles of leaves and set them on fire. She would have been happy...I smelled a bit like an old gin when I'd finished!

Came in and had a couple of beers and totally forgot the martini!

Tonight - I promise myself tonight!
