Made another lot of Trudy's Lemon Muffins.  So handy and everyone likes them.
Crumbed pork chops for lunch. Used Aquafaba in place of egg and flour.  Then into Panko crumbs. Lovely with stir fried veggies and rice cooked in TMX.
Obbie, like the look of that Xmas cake

Hello ladies. Lovely cooking. Lots of cooking here but not much posting! Made condensed milk cookies (how cute are the paw prints), Christmas cake (my second one in two weeks as we ate the first...oops), caramel slice and tikka masala.

Yum Kim. They all look delicious, especially the paw prints.

Yesterday made a dip from a cold steamed chicken breast. Not nice.
Made chicken soup, Tahini biscuits. ( no flour and no dairy), crepes .

Yummo I haven't made the lemon bliss balls  for years thanks for the reminder.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I made some Choc chip biscuits, but used Choc melts. It gives a different look and taste. A nice change.
