Slow cooked beef ribs for the men, salmon cakes for me, with roast vegetables, steamed carrots & asparagus.

Pork chops, potato sliced and cooked in a bit of oil and salad. Standard caravan food for us.

We’re having steak, salad and ‘round’ potato chips. (Potatoes sliced thinly and cooked with the steak) yoghurt to follow.

We had a sort of vegetable macaroni cheese. I added a heap of cauliflower, peas and corn.
