Thanks for the feed back Cookie.
I might experiment with the Cookidoo English Muffins. They could be improved.

Mab, RAL had bad Osteoarthritis. He had the injections , once they were allowed for men. Amazing results. If you have to have the injections, have any serious dental work done first. I’ve also just started the injections. No Biggie.

Thanks Cookie.
Clean out freezer on top of fridge today. Yesterday i did the fridge. What I find will determine what I cook. Lots if little surprises.
Not sure if I mentioned this, but made RTE zucchini bake. Equal parts of Panko bread crumbs mixed with grated Parmesan. Sprinkled on Zucchini, cut lengthwise into 6. I baked it in AF. Perfect and simple.

Cookie, I use my AF at least once a day. I cooked chicken wings in it last week. Cooked beautifully crisp. Put a dessert spoon of arrowroot flour with a pinch of baking powder and salt and pepper into a paper bag. Added wings and gave it all a good shake.
I love how the basket fits in the dish washer.

Made another batch of mango and tomato chutney. Used frozen mangoes , but not as good as fresh ones.

Oh Cookie, that is hard to handle.
Our Probus group went out for lunch to a pub. I got lost and arrived late. They are such a nice group and made sure I had a seat and got me organised for lunch.  Earlier I had my second injection for Shingles. Doesn’t seem to be a reaction this time.

Mab, sounds lovely. Wish I could eat onions.
Have been playing around with the English Muffin recipes. The Cookidoo ones are nice but don’t have enough craggy texture when split with forks. The SD ones,( my recipe) are a better texture when split. I’m wondering if an added teaspoon of carbsoda to the Cookidoo recipe would make a difference. Might try tomorrow.
