Found a large piece of Panatone leftover from Xmas. Made a bread and butter pudding with it from a recipe that had grapes added. Also coffee liqueur.

Soup, veggie and chicken. It has a funny texture. As the TMX was busy making Quince Paste, I cooked the veggies in a saucepan and used the Bamix to mix it. Make one really appreciate the TMX.

Iíve been making some strange jam mixes. The feed back has been amazing. Today Iíll try a different one. Quince and Red grapes. The Lemon, Carrot and Cardamon is quite nice , although my favourite at the moment is plain Mandarin Marmalade.

Good SC time. Iíve been reading recipes where you put different ingredients into separate containers within the SC. Think Iíll try it this week. Chicken casserole mix in one container, rice in another and veggies in another. Could use oven bags sealed containers. Iíve got some SS containers that might work.

Marina, itís a Cookidoo recipe. DH will have to grow a gluten free starter. It shouldnít be difficult as itís based on buckwheat flour.
