Tips/Hints:
It's named after my Mum. It's a curry she used to make when we were kids & we all (unusually) loved it - probably because it is sweet & there are no vegies!!. This could probably be refined, but I was inspired by JD's beef mince curry to try converting "ours" so I gave it a go tonight.

patsycate - I made this tonight - thank you. I only put in two teaspoons of curry powder, not two tablespoons and it seemed to work okay. Looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Fabulous leftovers.

Ahhhh - memories. It must have been in a Women's Weekly or The Sun or similar, because we had the same curry.
It was one of the tastier dishes that my mum made, although I don't think she was as adventurous as 2 tbsp curry powder. It was tasty, but my father wasn't much for tooooo much flavour.
Thanks JZ - great stuff.
