Yeah. I have one and I can't wait to use it. However we are having a power outage for them to do some work around here until 3.30pm. Boo hoo.


No wifi because of the outage and having to use 3G which doesn't go well in our house. A chance to select dinner and wash the machine parts well.

Go Cookie go.  Will be interested to see what you make. Saw them for sale in Good Guys yesterday.
Bought a square bucket (non stick ) and wire frame with skewers for the AF. Did a deal, both for $50. Looking forward to cooking rolls in the bucket. Maybe a Tomato Charlotte also. Chicken Kababs today with roast Capsican and Zuchinni underneath.

That pasta maker is soooo tempting.

Julie someone told me that Quinoa flour works well for pasta. I wonder.

I just wonder if more stuff would needed to be added Gert.  Today I made soba noodles which uses GF buckwheat flour plus a little plain flour and they worked perfectly.  No good for what you want I know, but the pasta obviously needs something else besides just the GF flour. 

If I see quinoa flour when shopping, I will get some and give it a try at some stage, not a problem.  :D

Nah don't bother. Next time my DD's comes over I will ue up my quinoa, make some flour and have a play doing it by hand or using my dinosaur  atlas!

I have not a lot of time to mess with the stuff right now but I am keeping it in mind.

The soba noodles are so nice. I ground buckwheat in the faithful thermomix and used that for them. It won't be the last time either.

My non electric alarm clock died the other day. I really liked it as it was digital. This was all I could find in a rush to replace it.
