A purple orchid, how lovely is that.  You certainly live in an area where all these lovely tropical plants grow like crazy Gert.  Hey, how come all these presents are being given to you, I know it's not your birthday.

Friends are moving back to Sydney. They wanted to give me a reminder so they brought these from their garden. Noice.

I have tried to upload the close up,of the orchid for you Merrilyn but it does not seem to be working. I,ll try later.

I bought a Sunbeam SecretChef Sear and Slow Cooker it is fantastic, you brown the meat or chicken in the slow cooker no need for extra frypans etc. It is recommended retail at $200 I got it for $140 very happy with it. It also has a timer which counts down the time and then automatically switches to keep warm when finished.

Gretchen that is beautiful :)

That was strange. I deleted it from Tapatalk as it seemed not to upload but sometime during the day it did it all by itself. We are in Port Douglas and the 3 G is pretty crap in this hotel. Wouldn't be surprised it they blocked it so you had the privilege of paying $29.00 a day for wifi.

Sitting by the pool have a glass of Croser. Hard life.

You having fun with LEMONS Robyn?

That's really beautiful Gert.  I don't think I've ever seen one with such an intense colour.

Enjoy your weekend.  It sounds lovely.
