PLease can someone help me with this...what are the measurements of water and oil 1/8 of what?? and 1/4 of what???  Just tried making this and my batter was not right at all.  I think as I had the wrong measurements.  Also, what should the egg whites be like at the end of whisking them with butterfly???  Mine seemed v warm and cooked almost, not like whisked egg whites???

Hi there

Does anyone have a recipe for a chocolate sauce for ice cream......you know like those ones you can buy that go hard on the ice cream but are full of additives?????  I would love to make one as a healthy treat to have for my 3 kids who love that yucky additive filled one!

Thanks guys.....it sounds like I could probably use one of the thermomix cake mixes and fingers crossed it will work. I may try the marble cake :-)

Hi everyone

I have one of the Wilton giant cupcake tins and in my pre thermomix days I used the Wilton choc pound cake recipe to make the cake to fill the tin. Has anyone converted this recipe for thermomix??? Or has anyone used a different recipe with success??? All suggestion would be welcome......I am looking to use it to make my daughter'ms birthday cake on Friday.

Hi everyone

I would like to make some chocoalte icing for a cake - not frosting just the traditional type of icing i.e. icing sugar and water/lemon juice.  DOes anyone have a TMX method for this????

This recipe is really soooooo good. I seriously recommend it. I would love to try other variations too so if anyone has had any successes please can they add them  :)
