Pancakes this morning. DH requested them. I wanted to make them a bit healthier and vegan. Used rye flour, coconut sugar and almond milk. They are probably more pikelet size but tasted good and DH was pleased with them.

I would have loved a hot cross bun for brekky this morning but when I tried to buy a single one at a bakery yesterday they were all out of them.  Instead I toasted the last 2 pieces of a fruit loaf I had in the freezer.

Bought a bag, ( 8) avocados for quick sale, $4. So for breakfast have been having a slice of SD toast with smashed Avo, tomato and a poached egg. Have had this when eating out. Delicious
