Lol CC & Cookie, I find it hard to cull cookbooks also, but once they are gone I forget about them... The problem with me is I have so many recipes on my iPad, including Ebooks, I am paranoid about hiding it if I go out, just in case someone broke in. If I'm visiting friends I take it with me, if I'm shopping or elsewhere gets hidden.

Not to mention all the print outs and folders of recipes torn out from magazines!  Now I've started taking screen shots of recipes I see on facebook.  It never ends, we are addicted and have to accept that.

I too love cookbooks and am happy to just sit and read them and every time I get rid of one I regret it so they are here to stay and keep me company.

When I sold my Donna Hay magazine collection issues 1-70 on ebay, I felt quite anxious. Now I can't even remember the books I've given away and I have given probably over 100 away. The more I've given away over the years, the easier it has become. I gave my son the Kogan airfryer last weekend when he was up. It was good and did a fine job but I have a toaster oven that does the same job and DH likes it better.
The next thing on my hit list is the freezer. I've had it turned off since the storms in April left us without power for 6 days. If no one in the family wants it I will donate it.

I'm not sure if I should put this up here or not. I received a voucher from a lovely friend and spent it on this.

Me too!  Easy ice-cream recipes by the sounds of the title cookie.

A very nice buy Cookie.  Sadly we don't eat a lot of icecream here, or maybe it's just as well or I might be tempted to buy a copy of the book :D

Yesterday I bought a 3 litre SC.  I am having a go at cooking a full No Fuss bread recipe in it. Will let you know how I go. It was on sale for $35 at Good Guys.
