CP do you use yours in you wood oven?

No chookie, cos you can't chuck the cold clay dish into a hot oven. I only use my conventional for the Romertopf. I have got a clay pot tho that I can throw into the oven after cooking has been finished and leave overnight to cook a stew on low heat. Tell you the truth tho I haven't cooked in the wood fire for a while but hope to get back into it soon.

Thanks Katie. I was initially unsure but I haven't been able to find the book at home so thought I had better get it while I could.

Me too!

You are both too kind. I have even done some reading this trip. We sit up in bed at night and read. Very cosy and relaxing.

Bedlam would you like me to bring you one home? Alternatively you could get it from Book Depository. They don't charge for the postage.

Thank you for the generous offer Cookie.  I will get one in 11 weeks, I need to stay away from temptation for now. X
