Forgot to add my shopping!

Bout this pyramid pan, supposed to help crisp food up in the oven

And a couple of these Anna Gare containers - Cookie jar, sugar jar and I am now on the lookout for the tea jar.  I also got the matching oven mitt

And a new circulon commercial frypan from Victorias basement on the weekend!

Snappy the pyramid pan looks great just what DS needs, have you used it yet? Also where did you buy it?

Gert I just throw meat or chicken in, and veges, seasoning, and a little bit of liquid, and set.

I do a great quick easy chicken curry, if want it, takes 5 minutes prep.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Looks good Gert, have finally found a butcher where I can buy the beef cheeks.  What recipe did you use ?

Didn't use a recipe. Just trimmed the beef cheeks , cut them into chunks added some dry sherry can of tomatoes, dried beef stock, onions, carrots, celery, capsicum , bay leaf, garlic a wee bit of water and walked  away. Usually I do the beef cheeks in a balsamic reduction type gravy which is sticky but just wanted to try the cooker. If it is the first time you have cooked beef cheeks  I would hunt up a recipe that is rich and brown rather than with tomatoes as I did. The meal was great for a change . I could have added some pasta and make it like  minestrone  with a few Italian herbs.

Yvette I got it from King of Knives (or whatever the are called now).  I used it last night and was definitely impressed, it makes sure food is crisped up on all sides, I think I will get a bit of use out of it.

I've just emailed my DD in Melbourne to see if she can buy them at Cosco for me - love the idea of these.  Thanks snappy.

I bought them at Cole's .i think they were Drover's Pride brand in a cryo pack with Cardboard cover  and they were marked down by 40% . I think about  a kilo and less than $4 . When I see them marked down I buy them .
