I saw this book in a newsagent today. After looking through it I decided I needed it as it will soon be winter.

I saw that this lady has another book just released. It was in Dymocks. If this is really good I may look at her new one.

Yvette, I have the largest one with little ones that came as my gift for a lot of sales. I also have the next size down which I have used heaps.
I could fit in 1kg diced beef, 500mls stock, veg, tin of tomatoes. It was nearly full, but lovely slowed cooked in the oven. Last night the roast dishes just wiped over, I could not believe it. I love them.

I have a very similar staub pot (maybe only 24cm) and love it to bits.  The cooking surface is so nice to work with.   I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
