New cars are nice, lucky you Vieve.

I did another online grocery order today as once again I couldn't get out and need so many things for my hampers.  Thought I'd try Coles this time but, unlike Woolies, they don't deliver your first order for free.  I bought so much more than I intended but then realised I need to plan ahead for a few weeks so hopefully I have most things covered apart from fresh fruit & veg/milk until the new year.

Have only just read how many of you have a pc.  Used mine last night and did Osso Bucco - it was great, but not without some heart stopping moments for me.  I have literally never seen a pc in action so did not have any idea what to expect.  I followed the instructions and the timer wouldn't count down and I was just watching the steam coming out of the top and I was expecting it to blow!  Anyway I stopped it because I thought the timer should be counting down, and started it again, for less time and it seemed to work.  I then went and googled it and found a lot of people say the instruction manual is useless and I agree with them.  Will now go out and buy a pressure cooker cookbook - any suggestions as to the best one to buy for a beginner?

Kazza, I've got the womesns weekly and  the Suzanne Gibbs one and they are both great. I've found looking online has also been a great help.

I'm with you there, Cookie - I know others swear by them and I was almost tempted to get one but in the end I was quite happy to remain PC free . .  ;D

So Blessed - What a blessing to have a new car!!  Hope it gives you years and miles of wonderful service!! :)
