DJ one egg per 100gs of flour and 1 teaspoon of oil

if you have it yes use 00, I mainly use just plain flour

I use 3 large free range eggs, 300g bakers flour & 1 tbs of  evvo. Makes about 500g, yum.
Just the same as the edc.

I'm googling portable fans at the moment.... need to get one for the kids' room. Love the look of the Dyson, but not the price!
