LOL.....I KNOW!
We will be praying to all weather gods to be kind to us this year....I hate the unknown in farming...your success is entirely in the hands of  Mother Nature or your machinery  :-\

That is so true. Wishing perfect weather your way.  :-*

I went to Gaganis today for the first time ever, and it definitely won't be the last time! Next time I need bulk herbs, spices or legumes I know exactly where to go. They even have a kitchen section where I got a milk frothing thermometer, a cupcake plunger and some cute silicon flower moulds. I also bought some arborio rice and organic vanilla bean paste.

You certainally had a good time.  Where is the shop?   The cupcake plunger looks interesting , is it for icing and decorating , it looks a bit like a cookie plunger I have that I never use , maybe I could resurrect it for this,

Ooooh - Gaganis!  I love that shop ES!!  Last time I was there I bought bulk nuts and seeds, divided them up in snaplock bags, and froze them.  Soooooo much cheaper than in regular supermarkets.  I always come away with an impulse buy or two from there too!

Brenda, it's a big Greek warehouse in Adelaide. I've been meaning to go for ages. I need to go again when I have more time. I only had about half an hour before I had to get the kids from school. The cupcake plunger is for removing the middle of the cake so that you can pop a filling inside. I want to try it with vanilla cupcakes, filled with lemon curd.

Good on you Astarra!   ;)
I think it's a great treat for yourself after your horror night the other night. Was last night better for you and your girls?   :)
