That book looks great Rara - does she use a TMX or is it made by hand? I would love to make sourdough but just not sure where to start.

I'm tempted to get one of those Medusa, it would be a good size for the kids.  Great deal too !! Especially with free delivery.

Maddy, I try not to look at this thread.  Yoke's books are great and  Rara 1 you were so lucky to be able to attend her cooking class.

I'll get out of here now

Hi Wonder
We made three batches of sourdough using our thermomix so we could cook them at home
pizza/ciabata
everyday loaf
bitter chocolate loaf
also came home with a "mother" starter
We tasted around 7 different breads.
Made the pizza tonight which the dough was quite sticky.  Unfortunately kids like "normal" homemade pizza :(
Will make the other two loaves tomorrow and hopefully it will turn out.

I am still a bit confused about sour dough....you need to plan ahead  :-\

Sounds like it was an interesting day Rara  :)

Well the tablecloth I ordered the other day turned up....and it's so much prettier than the picture showed, so naturally I hunted down a matching apron  :D

I went into the Cath Kitson shop in Marlow a few weeks ago. It's amazing what's for sale. The friend I was with was trying to talk me into buying a Tippee for my GS :D :D :D it was in the sale but still £50 so I left it on the shelf.I do like some of her bags ;)
