Thanks for tht dede. DH has given me an Ipad 3 for my birthday. I won't get it for a bit as firstly there are none available at the moment and I still have lots of GB to use up on my netbook. He has noticed how much I use DD's.

when we want a roast dinner we go to the RSL  ;D

I remember your crisis with roasts.. Think they just arent your thing but im still convinced there is something your missing somehow...im sure one day you will surprise yourself and create a gorgeous juicy roast.. Hang in there uni 😊

Great thermo 18
Try my lamb curry under non thermomix recipes, its fantastic in the slow cooker. I did it in the oven 1st time, 2nd time in the slow cooker.

Was that the taste book for $5.95, its fantastic if it is.

Yes it's the $5.95 book, I had bought one for my DD when she left home this year, going to uni and working this book helps only thing she this is all new to her and 30 minutes meals usually take 45 minutes lol. I am making the lamb curry tonight and will post result, looking forward to doing a roast in the slowcooker not done that before  :)

I bought that book in sydney, spent nearly 4 hours reading it on the plane. Its a fab book.

Enjoy the curry. I marinated the meat overnight in the curry paste. I made the paste from A taste of Asia.

I thought I might put a roast in the slow cooker sunday.

I have shelves in my pantry.  Although we are minus one shelf bracket, so still can't put everything away, but already a massive improvement.  Will post a photo when completely finished.

Will now be buying some more tupperware for all those things in packets.
