Looks great Nay-Nay and Lee!  I was looking for a recipe just like this the other day.  Certainly very handy not to have to leave hours for it to set.  Will be trying this next time I have visitors.

PS Wow Fundj -- you don't mess around!

I used this today to make my own wonderful creation - A choc mousse marshmallow slice!!! I made the bickie base in a slice tin and added the mousse mixture and a marshmallow mix on top of that and swirled it with a tooth pick, let it set and topped with toasted coconut. Very happy with that - all set to take to a baby shower tomorrow.  ;)

Can I have your marshmallow recipe - I don't think I whip mine as long as it should and if I look closely there is a line of 'split' mixture.  ???

This is a picture of it in the slice tin.

It looks lovely Nay-Nay. I'm sure it tasted wow too.
