I made chicken stock using wings and necks last night then added veggies, barley and corn off the cob this morning. I’ve also made a B & B pudding using raisin bread with some  choc chips added.  I also made rice pudding from My Way of Cooking cooking and this blueberry compote https://www.thermomixdivarecipes.com/thermomix-blueberry-compote/
which I blitzed to make a sauce for the rice pudding.

Yummo, all delicious.
Made Quirky Jo brown rice and mushrooms risotto . Awful. Went  gluggy after 30 minutes cooking. Was supposed to cook for 50 minutes. Will turn into rice balls and cover with a variety of sauces.
I’ve taken a pork leg roll out of the freezer. Will cut it into several pieces .

I made some Anzacs using honey instead of golden syrup. They taste lovely.

I used an icecream scoop to form the balls from the risotto disaster.  I added a couple of eggs , Parmesan and extra parsley. Mixed in TMX.  Sprayed tin with oil and tops with oil, baked 10 minutes in AF. No bread crumbs and little handling. Very tasty.

You are a clever cookie Chookie.

I made a SD recipe from Tenina. It uses starter directly from the fridge and it doesn't need to be bubbly. You mix it briefly and then let it stand about 24 hours. A couple of folds and let it rise again. Then cook it. I haven't cut it yet but its looking good.

I couldn’t resist and cut it. It could have done with a tiny bit more rising.
