Champagne vinegar. Yes I have balsamic, caramelised balsamic, white, red, rice wine, Apple cider. Hmm I need to empty fridge, freezer and pantry.

Will make Maddy's smoked capsicum frittata tomorrow and serve it with a Greek salad for dinner. I have to be home for the NBN man :)

You are inspiring me Gert, have sorted pantry and now at least know what is in there. My girls shop a lot and dont have a mother look before they go, so we have many double ups. Think wasabi paste reproduces by itself, lol.
Unfortunately my freezer isnt full of all that lovely seafood.  I am the only seafood lover in my family so i miss out.  Your meals look wonderful, not at all a compromise.

Here's some great ideas girls.

Perhaps freeze some in small amounts and keep in a ziplock bag.

Also made ES Green Tomato cake.

Today's masterpiece was Gnocchi and pecans  from the pantry, Stilton from the fridge, cream from the freezer, Yeah!
