That could be for people in Canada? The Australian FB page stated they will not be selling TM31 from now on.

Tomorrow morning I am having a play with the new model.   Will let you know what I think.  Will try and take note of the questions asked, and answer them.  May not be able to report back until Sunday night at earliest as it is Fathers Day tomorrow and family coming for early Dinner. So may be Monday morning.

Chookie, would love to know what you think about the 'higher' temp.  Whether you can see a difference or not. :))

Will be waiting for your review Chookie ;D

It's bound to be a great review from Chookie, she will really put it through it's paces I'm sure.  Bad timing with Fathers' Day though otherwise she would have been cooking up a storm for the whole day  :D

Fathers Day has become more complicated.  One lot coming for lunch the other lot coming for early Dinner.   Have prepared as much as I can for 2 roast Dinners.
What we cook will be to test new adaptions.  Could run the 31 at the same time as the new one,  to test the differences.

Yes, there is one, astarra. Have a look at Helene's website where it has a pic showing all accessories.

My friend is a consultant and she's very excited about it. She's finding out whether ex-consultants can re-train and be given some time to earn a new machine. If I can earn it over a period of three months, I'd retrain. I loved working with people and cooking for them, just the pressure sales not so much. This time, I'd approach it differently and do it my way, if I decide to re-train.

Thinking...thinking.... ;)

Ex consultants can retrain.  I believe it is 3 sales in September MJ for consultants to earn the new one with your commission.  All consultants had to resign on as a consultant and do the new training etc so thing the same would apply for ex consultants.  I could be wrong!

So SO SO So cranky. Hopefully they will refund us the difference of the $300 to the people that have bought in the last 3weeks. I have emailed them so hopefully will find out. Thats wrong. The $1939 has now gone down in price to $1689 in 3 weeks.:( NOT HAPPY JAN. :(

I'd really love to know how much quieter the TM5 is over the TM31. One of my children is a very light sleeper so I'm limited with what I can cook in my TM31 of a night when he's in bed  :)

I've read someone say 5 sales in 5 weeks. And the other is 3 sales in september. I really hope it is 3.

Well there you go!
I know this may seem trivial, but how could They not improve the scales??  For someone who bakes a lot, .5g increments is really not good enough...you really shouldn't have to use your bench top digital scales for accuracy,  when you have a machine of this value!
Recipe chip & touch screen...meh...I'll stick to simplicity :-)

Totally agree. I still use my kitchen scales, I don't like it when it oscillates between increments.

I agree with Maddy too. And lots of recipes ask for 125g which is hard to do.
Looking forward to your review chookie. Interested in the noise level of the new one too.
