Is it correct that the UK have a special offer of 2 bowls with the new machine, plus it's only £1500? - CP - no its £925!

There was an offer in August of a free 2nd bowl with 5 free cookbooks, and an offer in July too so anyone who bought recently paid less (£885) and got freebies.  Probably why there doesn't seem to be the same backlash in the UK.  They also stopped selling TM31 on about 21 August, anyone who ordered and hadn't received got a FOC upgrade.

I'm a demonstrator/Advisor/consultant who has lapsed but i'm getting the TM5 and trying to make 4 sales by the end of Oct to earn it for free  :D   Will keep you posted when i receive it - probably in about a week or so i think.

But i LOVE LOVE LOVE my TM31 and feel really disloyal.  i have 2 bowls too so i have to purchase a 2nd bowl.

Thanks JD, they did - I got compliments on the corn too.

I had to review this recipe as i really love it.  I've also adapted it to use frozen corn if catering for a dinner party.  I used 750g of frozen corn, 600g chicken stock for 12 people and had plenty left over.
I reheated some in the varoma the next day and it still tasted good.
I was trying to impress some non-thermomix owners by cooking the corn below, and steaming some brocolli above in the varoma but they didn't seem to notice  :(   >:(

Hello,
Not sure if you're still looking for ideas but what about mini Calzones?  (See pg 128 of MWC).  Just divide the dough up a lot more than the recipe states -  possibly into 16?  (have never tried that many tho!)
And just omit or reduce the 2 hours dough rising time.
Hope you have fun   :-\

Wow interesting many thanks CC :)
Just made brownies with the last of my dulce de leche... need to get making more.  I've bought some bicarb to try it out.
Thanks!

I've just made this without the bicarb as i didn't have any - it still seems to be absolutely delish!  What is the bicarbonate to do?
DH enjoyed the "caramel milk" made at the end too.
