Thank you for the lovely comments. Julie the brioche buns are the EDC recipe. I made them into 15 smallish buns and cooked them in a rectangle lamington tin.  The cream buns are this recipe http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-sweet-recipes/sweet-bun-dough-thermomumma/282040 When cold, cut and fill with cream or mock cream and jam. I used chookies plum raspberry jam.

Love the magic cake cookie. Can't wait to try it.

I love the colour of the berry jam, and Kimmyh, your baking looks fabulous. Tonight I made bread rolls to have with chicken burgers made with Saskia Beer's chicken and tarragon mince. I also made a batch of gluten free lime and raspberry friands.

Great baking girls. Love the cold weather, perfect for getting the oven going.
Yesterday I had the TMX working all day. Used the Varoma to steam Cauli and Zucchini  to cover with Awesome cheese sauce, also made in TMX. Then steamed carrot and parsnip , then mashed in TMX.
Mixed Ice Cream in TMX.
Made Mashed Potato in TMX.
Whipped cream for Fruit Salad.
Made a dip from tinned butter beans with garlic, tahini , lemon juice and yoghurt.
Steamed beetroot chips and beetroot tops in Varoma.
What would I have done without the TMX?

Lovely looking food ES.
Chookie I would be lost without my thermomix. I wouldn't be able ( I'd be too lazy to knead it) my bread, or soups quickly, or cook rice or my home made pasta quickly and well. Etc. I often have them both going.

I made some of Tenina's Seeded Crackers yesterday. I have been resisting, despite everyone saying how nice they are.  I only used a teaspoon of chilli powder and that is more than enough for us. Next time I think ill use garlic powder. Even without that they taste lovely, all toasted and seedy. http://tenina.com/recipes/nutty-seeded-crackers

Love your friands ES. Could eat them right off the page. Today is mums birthday and this is her cake. Thermomix Easter vanilla cake recipe, creamy vanilla frosting and salted caramel all made in the Thermomix. Couldn't live without it either.
