Oh a new subforum, noice! I made a chai spice mix but I haven't tried it out yet, nor did I write down what I used *doh*! I'll get back to you on it, lol.

Damn! I hunted down this old post of mine to see what was in my chai spice mix because I can't remember! Good one, Ayla, bah. I made chai ice cream with the spice mix and it is oh so good! *drool*

Okay I *think* the chai spice mix I made included one whole nutmeg, one cinnamon stick, some cloves, some fennel seeds, some cardomom pods, and some allspice all whizzed up together. Then when I made the ice cream I did the recipe in the EDC including the vanilla and I put the chai spice mix in before I heated it up to activate the spices so it was like a hot chai flavoured milk by the time I poured it into the stainless steel bowl for freezing. It's so so so yummy!
