I love all the seeds on that loaf Chookie.

I made up one of the little packs I bought of rye type breads. It’s nice enough.

I’ve made white Chocolate and Macadamie biscuits from RTE. Also a picnic loaf (we will take only a small bit to the footy) and some date and pistachio balls. I saw these at the shop yesterday. 90% dates and 10% pistachios. I just blitzed them in the thermomix. They taste delicious. (I’ve removed this enormous photo!)
This is the last one I made, I haven’t cut this one yet.
I’ve removed this photo too, hopefully it will improve things.

A nice large biscuit Cookie, should take a while to eat :) :) :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Oh gosh, I’m not too sure what happened there. Perhaps I didn’t resize it correctly.

I made a fruit slice this afternoon. It is fairly healthy as it is mainly fruit and nut.

Made more Choc Chip Cookies. Keep dough in fridge and bake a tray when I have the oven on.
Yesterday cooked more SD crumpets.  Used new biodynamic flour.   Slightly different result.  More dense and not as springy.
Good soup weather.  Made Creamy Chicken and Veg soup. Very light in calories as the creamy base is cauliflower.

Haven’t made these for ages. Used GF flour and lemon infused Olive Oil.

I haven't had any yet Judy. It works out at 113 calories a slice but high in sugar.
Yum Chookie.
