Wow! This was amazing, we had it with rice and steamed beans. This will definitely be a regular meal in this house.

I cooked this for dinner tonight :)
I halved the recipe and then realised that I only had 15ml of say sauce in the fridge :o
So I made the rest up with Worcestershire :-\
Added some steamed peas and corn when it was done ;D
Served it with rice ;D
And it was very very nice :D

Happy household tonight after this one- thanks for it it will be a regular on our menu too- I think it would be delicious with hokien noodles. The chicken was lovely and tender- I can never stir fry it that way! :)

Let us know how it goes Amy! :)

I think you could soak them in boiling water and then drain and stir them through on reverse at the end?

The verdict is in.... :-))

This makes a perfect all-in-one meal! I soaked a 440g packet of thin egg hokkien noodles and added them in the last five minutes of cooking with 1 cup of peas and a small tin of drained corn kernels. I chopped the noodles up a bit before adding them.

Perfection! Will be making it like this from now on, so easy and tasty ;D ;D ;D

Thats great Amy- cuts out having to cook the rice first or wait for it to cook once you have done the chicken! I am all for faster meals around here! :) Oh my goodness- it looks like that is my FIRST Thermomix suggestion! hahah. Look at that!

I like the noodle idea too! We make this regularly too and I normally just do rice separately. Perfect ! Can't wait to try the noodles !!
