Tenina's slow cooked chilli pork on the menu here tonight as well Julie - it was delish.  I used 3 fresh chillies - instead of dried chilli, kelpamore instead of dulse flakes (as I didn't have any) and served with a version of fried rice. Dessert was Pineapple passionfruit pavlova - great company was even better!!!! Twitterpated and her DH are in Rocky for the weekend so came for dinner - yahoo!!!! and nobody needed to wear a red hat or purple beads for identification!!!!!

Finally home and have had a chance to catch up on all of the posts. The slow cooked chilli pork was a definite 5/5 recipe. So tender and very tasty. The company was great and despite the raised eyebrows we had a great time. We did manage to get caught having a little peek on the forum and the DH's said that they knew we couldn't go a day without having a look. So great to be able to talk TMX with someone and am looking forward to doing it again. Now I have an excuse to go to Rocky so will be looking to do it a little more.

BTW the pavlova was awesome.

Had to make something quick before heading off to a school conference, so I cooked mince/onions/garlic/zucchini/tomatoes/corn/baby spinach/taco seasoning & salsa, threw it all in with cooked pasta, topped with cheese and tomatoes, and bunged in the oven



I called it....."Mexican Mess"

Chicken drumsticks in the oven. Made non fried fired rie last night but it didn't look too good. Too moist so I am going to fry that off tonight.
