I've just thought of a  way to better it. I'm gonna put some spice cookies crushed in the next batch.

So, I made chai latte fudge last night using this recipe. Instead of the cookies I added around 4tb of chai tea.
Omg amazing!

MrsG - do you make your chai tea from scratch or is it packet blend?

There are all sorts of combinations of spices, black or green tea with water and milk; can add honey or sugar.  I have several "recipes" that were gleaned from what now appears to be a defunct website.  Happy to post them if anyone is interested . . .  :)

I'm not going to read anymore about fudge. It goes straight to my hips......and everywhere else on me.  ;D

Just made this.. Almost foolproof .. The first try (which is in the fridge) I was thinking of something else and added the chocolate before cooking at varoma for 20 mins :( went ahead and wel'll see how it turns out. Made a second batch which has turned out perfectly- even before going into the fridge! Super easy IF you follow the directions and very popular!! Can't add photo- tapatalk and I aren't on speaking terms right now :(

Made two batches of this yesterday, it remains the family favourite, made once a year only. Also made a version of chocolate peppermint from Trudy, a sort of mix of the two recipes.
