That is so nice Judy. I’ll bet she is just returning many favours that you have done for her. I’ve been to Raffles in Singapore. You will love it. I also had breakfast with the monkeys, at the Zoo.
Zoom with Dietitian and class. My entertainment for the week.

Snap Chookie, I'm having a meeting with my dietician today.

Thanks Margaret and Chookie, I live in a small cul-de-sac and although my neighbours aren’t in our pockets we are always there when help is needed.

I love Singapore Judy. Enjoy your Singapore Sling.
Thanks for the fix with Plantar Fasciitis Marina.

Yesterday afternoon I had an appointment with my GP as I’d had reflux for several days and Somac didn’t seem to help a lot. He is a lovely doctor and I’ve been seeing him for many years. He informed me he wasn’t mucking around and sent me off to the hospital down the way to the ED. They were amazing, although very busy. I eventually was taken in triage etc. after several hours of blood tests, x rays and yucky bright pink stuff called a Pink Lady they said my heart was fine. Then after a couple more hours I was sent home to see my GP within the week. They’ve suggested a scan, an endoscopy and a test forHelior Bactori (can’t spell it)
So an unexpected adventure yesterday and a few more to come.
The variety of people and the illness they were presenting with fascinated me. So many without shoes and filthy. One lady near me had cut her finger and showed me, it needed a bandaid! Some did appear quite unwell.
The staff were thorough and excellent.

Cookie do you mean Helicobacter Pylori, it’s very common and many people test positive to it (me being one) but many more don’t even know they have it until they get symptoms. It will show up in a blood test but  test is simple (a breath test) and they give you antibiotics. I also had to have an endoscopy.

Cookie, not nice but seems that it is fixable.
Gym getting my head around trip on train to Melbourne tomorrow , then ferry across bay to have lunch at Point Lonsdale Golf Club, with Probus.
Friend came to fix the mess I had got into trying to download a book for Book Club.

Yes Judy. I remember when you had it. DH has had it too. It was a doctor at Royal Perth hospital that discovered the cure. Barry Marshall. He received the Nobel prize for it.
