I love the cookie/cake tins. I have a 3 tiered set that I bought when we first married and despite having been dropped a couple of times they are good. Don't keep biscuits fresh though so I use a different container.
Maddy I saw the cupcake makers and didn't dare even think about it. They look fantastic. Do you have a secret place to put all your gadgets?

....well no it's not    but neither is thermie....so I will cope    Actually, the TM is quite a boring colour really  maybe time to glammy it up like Frozzie's!

Do you have a secret place to put all your gadgets?

Well, a big shed + lots of clear storage boxes.......but before they vacation there, they usually stack up along side the book case  there's quite a stack now!  Pretty tablecloths hide their existence for the time being

Same with thefrench ones ....you put the whole lid in oven to dry out... They are really good and are much cheaper around 10 to 12 euros

bought the new kindle (should have it tomorrow)  and went ikea shopping lol...quilt for DD, some doors and drawers for a piece we have in our bedroom and a mosaic miroir to go in downstairs toilet...nothing cooking related though

I really need to find a good can opener

I have spent 100s of $ over the years, i always have my suicide (DH calls it that) one around,  and i hate it, but its the only one that works and lasts forever.

fundj, I find the tupperware can opener works fantastically and has lasted a lot longer than any of the cheaper ones I've had. I'm not generally a big fan of tupperware but I would happily recommend the can opener as a worthwhile investment - they aren't cheap though.
