Australian Thermomix owners (who have purchased their Thermomix before 1 June 2012) will be eligible to get a second bowl and blade set at greatly reduced price this month. If you host a demo in June, you can buy a second bowl and blade set for $195 instead of the usual $395 and if someone should buy at your demo, the cost to you would only be $125.
Second B/B sets are very handy.

No, you don't have to get a sale to get $200 off the normal price.
If someone does decide to buy at your demo, the second bowl and blade set is $270 off the normal price.

My sister has now finished as a consultant so I would have to find someone else to do my demo if I decided to go for it. :)

Hi do you know if the second bowl and blade offer is available if you just place an order for a TM and not have demo?
I have placed an order and am waiting - eagerly for delivery!! I would be very keen on getting a second bowl for a reduced price.

The offer doesn't start until next month, it's only available if you host a demo in June.
I missed out last year as one month I brought the full price bowl, then the next month it was on offer for half price when you had a demo :(

Greyhoundmum, as long as you have paid for your Thermomix by the end of May, you have the option of purchasing the second bowl at your demo in June. Talk to your consultant.

She is pregnant and because of previous complications she needs to take it really easy. She has her scan tomorrow and is going to find out what she is having :)
Her first was a boy (RIP) second a girl (RIP) and third a boy (now 2 years)
Hoping for a girl this time as she also has 2 step sons.

No, sorry, Jakodai, but looking on the bright side there are still a couple of days left in May so you could qualify. You do not have to have the demo in May, just buy your TMX by then.

I have oredered and paid for my TM in May for a delivery in June. I have opted for no demo just a delivery demo, I am hoping I can still get the offer of the second bowl and blade set. :)

Greyhoudmum, to qualify for the reduced price BB set, you need to hold a demo with at least three households present, ie you and two others.

I was hoping this offer wouldn't come up until later in the year so I didn't have to part with anymore money just yet but it will be handy to have the extra bowl right away!

I can't recommend 2 bowls enough. I use both bowls pretty much every day. Makes life so much easier :)

This is great! I would love a second bowl and blade set but didn't want to pay $395 for it!! I've just emailed my consultant so hopefully she is able to do a demo for me in June.

So if you hold a varoma demo and nobody purchases you can
buy the full steam ahead for $25
And Buy either a bread mat for $40 OR a thermoserver for $30 (highly reccomend this as you can buy a bread mat anytime)
And buy the bowl and blade for $ 195
Or

when l ask questions on the forum i dont feel stupid but asking the demonstrator you feel like you should not be . and some dont tell you these things and you miss out

I think you should always ask the question Nazar!!
Whenever there is an offer for hosting a demo then it is the same as mentioned above. Additional to the current offer.

I love asking questions. I just couldn't sit there and stay quiet if I had a question niggling away at me. I often think that other people are probably too shy to ask the same one, so why not?

it is usually one bowl & blade per demo ;) I would imagine it is the same this time.

It is definitely one blade and bowl set per demo and only for the host.
But your friend could host own demo and get own BB there/then. :)

You and your 3 besties each hold a demo. The consultant will be broke spending all her money and time, get no sales but you each get to buy the half price bowl set and have a meal cooked for you. Too easy. I'll bring the wine and watch the fun. Choose a consultant you don't like so much .
Or choose a consultant whom you love, do a pretend demo each , buy your bowl set each and the consultant a bottle of wine. Everyone is happy.

what does everyone do with their second bowl set? I just can't see the need myself. Wondering if I'm missing something here or I'm just not as hardcore as the rest of you! :D

I use mine all the time, for example when I'm making a casserole type meal, I can have the veggies all ready to go in the second bowl while the first one is cooking, so as soon as the first one finishes I take that off and place the second bowl on and start cooking. Then I empty the first one into the thermo serve, wash up the first bowl and wait for the second bowl to finish.
Also when I'm cooking biscuits and cakes etc I always have both bowls full No waiting to wash up and start again. Also very handy when your making something with the first bowl and you forget to grind or grate something that's needed in the recipe :)

Great! I'm definitely going to try and book a demo for June. I got a call today to say my thermomix was ready for delivery, but I was babysitting all afternoon.
It's a bit sooner than I expected, but a $200 saving is not to be sneezed at!

Fruity are you asking or stating what happened in the past?
You need to buy before June ie tomorrow. Then host a demo with three guests and you can get the discounted bowl and blade. If you buy in June you aren't eligible for the offer!

she has a very busy month and that when she could fit me in .
which is great more time for me to get people organized .
l am telling people to come for lunch taste the food see what the machine does enjoy the food as it so yummy
l tell him how much the machine is, so theres no surprise . but come enjoy yourself no pressure to buy

l was not shore if the demo was going to go ahead as l had a funeral to go to . but in the end it all worked out
demo was great 5 people turn up ,one wanted to buy using finanal but was knocked back as she has casual work so she going to wait and save her money . reckons it will take her 10 months to save
food was absolutely Delicious
l got bowl for 195 mat 40 and a free book full steam ahead had a quick look did not think much of it
was very happy with the outcome just waiting on the bowl to arrive in mail now

My friend has been waiting for this offer to purchase her TMX so I had a demo for her and she purchased the TMX and bought the bowl 'from me'. I got the recipe book out of it. Oh and the comfort that I'm an awesome friend. ;)
