After a very cold day yesterday it’s slightly milder today.  More snow forecast later this week.

You are brave letting family move back in Trudy. I hope Wayne recovers soon.

This week is warming up.
Trudy hope Wayne is feeling better.
You will cope well with family shifting in.  Our daughter and 2 children spent 6 weeks with us last year.  It was really good fun. It was probably easier for us as they had all their own facilities except a full kitchen.  I cooked a meal for all of us one night and DD did same another night. ( usually take away)
Rals platelets have improved after an infusion.  Today more tests.

Hope all goes well with Ral.  We have been thinking of you both and looking forward to the day when we hear that Ral's platelets have been stabilised and he is back home with you again.

Some improvement, that’s a start Chookie.  Keep passing on our hugs to him.

Glad Ral is showing a bit of improvement Chookie,  fingers crossed that everything keeps on the up and up.  I hope his spirit is bright!

Judy, that’s also the trouble here. We have spread!!  I am culling everything and just hope we don’t live to regret it but I suppose once it’s all done it will never have to be done again.

Denise, just been watching the news here re the stockpiling of food over there!  Hopefully it’s just scare tacit’s but you don’t need this uncertainty due to the Brexit deal.

Sending a giant squishy hug to Ral, Chookie. I hope his platelets continue to improve and he doesn't need any more infusions.

We're watching the news for Brexit information Denise. It all seems a bit chaotic at the moment, but they may be my take on it.

Good morning all.   Another hot one today, 35.
CC,  feel for you with the political chaos.   We have lost faith in  our politicians that they will ever act in the people’s best interest. We will see you don’t starve.   We will send food parcels.  Hope you like Anzac biscuits. Seriously,  I have been reading with interest the difference between what Australia can supply and how it is different to the Roll on Roll off from Europe.
We are hoping for Rals test results today.

Good morning everyone. Perhaps I should find time to read up on it too Chookie, I have no idea what it’s all about even though Denise explained it to some of us some time back.

I hope Ral’s results are what you want to hear Chookie.

Denise I will send fruit cake to you!

Chookie I totally agree with you about our politicians. They are too busy bickering and carrying on to do anything for Australia. I honestly don’t know who I will vote for in the next election. I’m sick of the electioneering all ready.

Basically, I think the politicians seem to be only interested in staying in power, or getting in power next time because the benefits are so good.  They are like little children bickering in the play ground.  I get really sick of the lot of them and just wish they would get on with the job we are all paying them for and not spending their time stabbing each other in the back. Ral came home yesterday.  Nothing significant showed up in the tests but a couple of small things.  We are on a watch and wait program.  Apparently our immune system can break down at anytime at any age.
He is on a lot of new medicine and now I truely appreciate what Cookies DD does at the hospital.   I send her many thanks for the service she provides as I guess that it is similar to what we experienced yesterday.
Last night we had a thunderstorm with rain and hail.  Lovely.
