I made Gayle’s SC bread yesterday. I also made a walnut and apple loaf the day before.

Great cooking Mandi .
Made a Hetty McKinnon vegetarian baked fried rice adapted it to Thermomix too easy . Did use eggs and made it meaty by stir fry beef with garlic fresh ginger and turmeric on the side . We had this for lunch the other day . Used whatever vegetables I had . When roasted it was very nutty flavour  with brown rice . Free recipe on abc web site .

The kids definitely do, there’s not many left. I should have my new TM6 tomorrow night, very excited to test it out.

Sure will . I’m not even sure what I will cook first though, I need to make some more vegetables stock paste so will start with that I think.

I love the look of it, I brought it from a lady who had only used it twice. She thought it wasn’t big enough for a family of 6 (although I had 7 in my house to feed with my first TM).
I’m making some vegetable stock paste now to give it a run.

I wondered how you got a black one Mandi as I thought that was only released as a limited edition.
Lucky you.

Was a lucky find really Judy, And saved a few dollars from buying new. She only purchased it in June so it has most of the warranty still left. I just need to work out how I transfer the warranty (I was told I could).

Pumpkin soup here so I can take some to work this afternoon for my dinner. Pumpkins were home grown in my back yard (Queensland Blue).
