Orange Biscuits.

Orange Biscuits
These are very tasty. I’ve decided to pop recipes in here as well as on “what are you cooking.” It makes the recipe so much easier to find.

It isn’t a thermomix recipe but is made in a food processor.

Good idea cookie. When I get time I might make some of these to give to someone (anyone who would like them) as I bought a packet of semolina the other week to try something but it didn’t work for me.  I almost threw it out in my pantry clean up yesterday but being only new I decided to put it back in case I found another recipe to try.

Gosh mine don’t look anything like yours cookie. Can’t remember when I last baked biscuits and now I have to wait for someone to taste one before I know if they’re OK to give away. Mine are  tiny, did you get 45 as per the recipe or did you make them bigger?

I made them a bit bigger Judy but I did get lots. Mine could have done with a bit more browning.

I prefer the look of yours cookie but maybe mine will stay crisper longer with the extra browning.
