Marina, no lunch at Masons. Closed until Dinner time. Lunch at Bendigo Gallery. Morning tea at Chewton at a nursery and cafe. Very nice. French exhibition ok. Best exhibits were the costumes. These were from Melbourne Gallery.
Bought a new Bread machine today. Breville with fold down blade. Should be fun playing with it.

Those Cockies were Rals favourite birds. They would eat the seeds from the Pine cones at Invermay. I have a painting of them by a local artist.
Afternoon tea a success. They enjoyed all the different scones. The berry jam with the Quince base is very nice.
Tai Chi today.

Mab, hope some progress is made for you.
Judy, no way would I spoil your visit by asking you to clean the silver. It was bad enough you following me around cleaning the dishes.
Marina, you are making good progress. What a relief to not wear the Moon boot at night.
Finishing prep for visitors tomorrow. One chair short, have a plastic garden chair, might put cushion on it and cover with a cloth.

Only one serve of the Pea and ham soup left. Had visitors and offered them lunch. It has been extra cold in Ballarat so this filling soup has been handy. Making another lot next week.

Baking 2 different scone mixes for tomorrow afternoon tea for 9 Probus ladies. Blueberry and Rosemary and Pumpkin and cheese and Australian Bush Spices. These will reheat well. Tomorrow, plain ones with Jam and cream.

Iíve made some very tasty Jam. Both Raspberry and Strawberry. I used cooked Quince juice as the base. Certainly added to emphasis the flavour.
