Yes Wonder,  a brown in the oven would be good. Don't forget the prosciutto wrapping as it hides the grey outer after steaming :)

Oops I forgot to take a pic with the sauce. Shame as it really made it

Yes Jamberie and the sauce on top. It was really delicious. Only took 35minutes to cook and the one chilli was great in the sauce with plenty left over for another meal. Good kiddies meal as the sauce had lots of veggies in it.

I love how you are using the kribbitt as a book stand. I didn't think I needed one as I don't have a tablet of any sort.

Do I really need it though? I don't have a book stand either. Will think about it and maybe Santa will bring me one?
After all....I have been very good all year.  ;)

The Kribbitt is good for the EDC but nothing much bigger.  You should get one anyway because Santa might bring you an IPad since you are a good girl.

I've never made this either but it does look nice. Did your DD notice the added chilli Gert?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Lovely food and lovely DD!

We had proper lunch today, mince cooked with onions and carrots with mash and broccoli, cooked on Aga. Tonight the 3 had pizza express pizzas ( bought on special offer only) and I had left over chicken. It is so good after 10 weeks to have a cooker and oven. Even with nothing else in kitchen except fridge, DW, and work bench!!!!

Been calculating quotes and looking for best options on curtains and appliances today. Have lost my cooker catalogue which is really annoying as the fine details of each oven are in there but not on website.
Found cheaper same material for curtains, but it came out exactly the same as the offered discount for staying with firm already quoted. Will have to decide soon. Chased up missing kitchen parts too. They want to send out the next lot of kitchen stuff but we can't cope til we've done this bit. We are getting very pressed for space as the tradesmen have taken over three out of five bedrooms and we've had to empty them. DH moving his office ( = PC ) elsewhere temporarily next week as trying to work with all the drills going is mighty hard.

Think we might have found suitable fabric for living room, but I have asked for a large returnable sample to be sure. It has 4 large windows and is tricky to get right. We will have to live with our choices for the next 20 years!

Yes she did and said it made the dish. She has made the mushroom version as well but thought it bland too.
