I used this recipe Julie. Made up half a batch as 1kg chicken is too much for us.

I grilled some bacon,tomatoes,mushrooms and two sausages that needed to be used up in the fridge.I add two fried eggs to DH plate.I can't stand fried eggs :P Not very fancy but very tasty  ;D

I was thinking of making this, did your dh like it Michele?

He loved it and so did I even without the bacon.

Julie, enjoy your time away and meals out. It's lovely to have a break from the kitchen and you appreciate home cooked meals all the more.
